Los Angeles Rams, Guest Experience and Hospitality
Ray Daryabigi is the Director of Guest Experience and Hospitality for the Los Angeles Rams. He is responsible for overseeing the Rams guest experience, focusing on exceeding the expectations of their fans. He is also responsible for defining, leading, and cultivating a guest-centric culture with all LA Coliseum partners, and ultimately all Los Angeles Stadium & Entertainment District at Hollywood Park (LASED) partners with the goal of consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Prior to joining the Rams, Daryabigi worked for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings as the Director, Guest Experience & ADA Coordinator, where he oversaw the guest experience for all arena events and played an integral role in opening up the Kings’ new arena, Golden 1 Center, in September 2016. Golden 1 Center became the first indoor sports venue to earn the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Designation, and in 2017, the arena received the 2017 Sports Business Journal’s Sports Facility of the Year award. He also served on the boards of the City of Sacramento Disabilities Advisory Commission and City Year Sacramento, an education non-profit dedicated to helping students and schools succeed.
Before joining the Kings, Ray worked for the Los Angeles Dodgers as the Manager of Fan Services, where he managed the guest and fan services departments, as well as the Dodger Stadium tour department. He also worked for the Los Angeles Angels as the Guest Experience and Security Manager where he was responsible for the gameday experience and security at Angel Stadium.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Daryabigi graduated magna cum laude from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
