Over $13 Million Raised so Far....
COMMUNITY Arts & Recreation Center
OUR NEW HOME - Coming This Summer, 2018
It seems like it was just yesterday that over 100 guests attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for our new Arts and Recreation Center, a 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. The new Center will consist of modular structures with many of the modulars built from single-use shipping containers that are converted into music and activity rooms, community rooms, and creative lab spaces.
Now, six months later, the structures have been assembled at their new home in Lafayette Park. Watch a time lapse of the construction here!
As you know, when you're building anything brand new, there are still some things we will need to truly make it a special home. If you'd like to support our public/private project and help more kids and families living in the heart of our city, you can by buying a brick or a bleacher seat, or by naming a classroom or a hallway. Help us cross the finish line; help us to give every child a chance to succeed!
To learn more about support opportunities, contact Brooke Lykins at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 213.389.1148 ext. 251.
"I’ve watched HOLA give youth living in the most challenging areas of the city a chance to succeed. Organizations like HOLA sustain the city and make it a better place to live for the next generation."
— Eric Garcetti, Mayor of Los Angeles
