SmartStart Commemorates Dr. Seuss' Birthday and Read Across America
During the first week of March, HOLA’s SmartStart program commemorated Dr. Seuss’ Birthday with Read Across America Week. The Smart Start program celebrated with creative activities throughout the week, including Choose Your Favorite Dr. Seuss Book, Crazy Sunglass and Hat Day, Whoville Hair Day, Pajama Day, and on the last day, cooking our own Green Eggs and Ham. Overall, our students had a blast celebrating the work of Dr. Seuss!
